  1. I also realize that eating healthy has a lot of benefits. I know that the trend nowadays is to eat healthy so that you can lose weight . However people don’t realize that weight is not everything that you have to worry about . Nowadays I realize that motivation and energy is extremely important. When I eat right I can accomplish things three times as fast and have more time to do everything else.
