  1. Very nice tips on how to loose belly fat. To tell you the truth I struggle a lot with working out in the mornings on empty stomach which is impossible to me. I’m so sleepy in the morning that I practically can’t do a thing. Do you think it is possible to have good belly fat loss results if I train only before dinner as I usually do?
