    She loves fast food and have a hard time to avoid unhealthy foods specially sweet delicacies. The problem is that unhealthy food seems yummy and tempting. Maybe it is time to be serious with our diet.

    • Nowadays we need to focus more on healthy eating and working out. Most of us live a sedentary live because of the jobs and daily routine.

  2. I love trying to be healthy and fit, though I don’t always make it with the fitness thing. I try to do Calisthenics twice per week, but usually end up doing it once because it’s somewhat boring. Other than that, I do a lot of walking combined with stopping off at the local costa for a coffee halfway through. Eating healthy is a must with lots of fruit, veg and a little meat. I rarely eat anything with sugar in it, bread, dairy or nuts. I love a good stir-fry that’s been lightly fried in coconut oil and sprinkled with Braggs Amino Acid, it’s so delicious.

    • Hi Sharon, Calisthenics can by funny if you combine the right workouts. The good thing about it that it is easy on you tendons and joints.
