  2. Thank you for the article on gluten-free food. My sister has celiac disease, so whenever we go to any restaurant we try to affiliate food with gluten in it. Although many places are getting smarter with labeling their food with the gluten-free symbol, in restaurants that’s not so easy.

    Thanks for providing the list on food which she can add to her list. It seems like all the good foods contain flour yet sadly those are the foods that she has to avoid.

      many restaurants are now starting to label if the meals contain gluten.

      There are a lot of delicious meals without gluten, and many foods that we normally consume are gluten-free.

      My nephew has also celiac disease and in Italy people traditionally eat pasta every day. Pasta without gluten already exists, it is also very good.
