  1. This post is quite interesting. I really have to admit that I don’t have enough knowledge about coconut. It seems that this is a wonderful gift from nature.

    I am just confuse about the difference of coconut oil from other cooking oil available in the market such as vegetable oil, canola oil among others.

    Is coconut oil still the best choice for cooking?

      you have found the correct words, it is a gift of nature which is used since 4000 years.

      The most important fact about coconut oil is that you can cook with it at very high temperatures. That has the advantage that you can cook your food faster. All the vitamins are maintained and not so much oil is absorbed by the food.

  2. I have came across tons of articles on how to lose weight before but I have never seen one that talks about how to use coconut oil to lose weight.

    This is particularly unique to me and a very unique topic for that matter.

    I will look into this for my health related niche and i will bookmark this to come back to it later.

    What would you recommend for someone who lost weight before and regain weight back as pile-back again? Would this particular treatment work?

      coconut oil has been used for the past 4000 years in Polynesia and people there are one of the healthiest in the planet.
