  1. It’s well known that having free radicals in our systems will eventually lead to cancer. The reason is as you stated, it’s a negative charge that constantly damages all the cells in our body. Berries sounds like a delicious solution to that because I can easily just make a berry smoothie every morning and move on with my work. Dark chocolate is also excellent, because it also keeps me alert during the day. Not to mention it’s full of antioxidants. It’s a pity that milk chocolate, because that’s my favorite also.
