  1. Not sure I want to try a ball buster but I can see my self doing some of the other exercises, especially jumping rope. Sometimes we get so caught up in our day to day routine that we forget just how important it is to add some exercise in there.

    I think I definitely want to try some of these exercises you’ve highlighted here. Who can resist stronger abs and back muscles? It’s not like we’re all getting any younger, so strengthening those muscles would definitely be a good thing.
