3 Ripe Bananas
2 Fresh Eggs
300 Grams of Flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Pinch of Salt
2 Tablespoons Extra Native Olive Oil
100 Grams of Honey or Sugar
First of all, you need to preheat your oven to 175ºC / 350 º F, so do that first before starting to prepare the banana bread. Now, mash the bananas with a fork, open the eggs add them to the mashed bananas and mix them well.
Add honey or sugar to the mass and add bit by bit the flour. Don´t add all the flour at once, it will be harder to mix the ingredients.
What I do is sieving the flour to avoid having clots so the bread gets softer. Add the baking soda, the pinch of salt and the vanilla, go on adding the rest of the flour and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Make sure to mix well the ingredients and wait for 10 minutes before putting the mass into the baking pan.
The higher the pan the thicker the bread will be. Bake it for about 45 minutes and do the tooth stick test! Plunge the bread with the tooth stick and if there are no mass sticking on it, then the bread is ready.

200 Gram of Whole Wheat Flour, Rye, or Spelt.
