  1. I really like the idea of going 11 days of dieting with three days of cheating.

    Lately I have been dieting and try to go 6 days on and 1 cheat day. I was pretty good in the beginning. But now that I have lost some weight my cheat day tends to start Friday night and continue to Sunday instead of just being Saturday!
