10:00 a.m. – Second Solid Food

At this point, you should have been drinking about 2 Liters / 0.5 gallons of wáter and 3 Green teas.

Your second solid food is going to be a fruit of your choice, I recommend and Apple and a can of tuna.

Take special attention to chose a tuna which is not canned in olive either vegetal oil. It needs to be canned naturally in water.

10:30 – Ginger Tea

The Ginger root has many different health benefits, it is a medicine for many diseases, it is vasodilatory, and thermogenic that means it is a natural fat burner. Boil 10 cm / 4 inches of a piece of ginger root in 1 Liter / 0.5 gallons of water and put it into a thermos jug.

12:30 – Lunchtime

For lunch, we are going to have boiled or steamed broccoli, kale, or cabbage and grilled salmon or turkey breast.  You can eat a good amount of the vegetables, you should just eat one slice of the grilled salmon or turkey breast. If after some days you feel like needing more, you can add a boiled potato or a hard boiled egg.

13:30 – More Water

Don´t stop drinking water you will feel like going to the bathroom many times. That is actually good if your pee is crystal clear you are on the right track.

16:00 – Third Solid Food

17:00 – More Water

At this point, you should have been drinking about 4 liters / 1 gallons of water and went many times for a pee!

20:00 – Last Solid Food

Your last solid food is going to be again Green vegetables like broccoli, kale, or cabbage and a slice of grilled tuna or turkey breast.

Please be aware that this diet is intended only for a few days, maybe a week. I have personally done it for máximum two weeks before summer. Most friends tell me that in five days of doing it strictly, they already lost the desired weight. If you are feeling dizzy or too weak, stop the diet and start eating normally again. Always listen to your body. Keep in mind that you need to combine this diet with a workout routine to achieve optimum results.

      thank you very much for your comment. Yes, from my experience I know that if we set a time schedule for every step we need to do, it is much easier to accomplish our goals. When we are already in the habit, our body will let us know what it needs.
