I think the protein powder discussion as a whole in important for everyone wanting to live and active fitness lifestyle and not just a discussion for women and vegetarian women specifically. I like the analysis on these choices. I have heard of few. I like that you added the nutrition for each. I sent to my girlfriend as she uses protein powder as a supplement for her workouts and wonder if she has heard of the choices.
