Ciao and welcome ! 🙂 my name is Simon. I was born in Germany, but my parents are from Italy. We are living in Spain since 18 years. I have been working out for about 16 years now. I was lifting weights, running, rowing, swimming, GBC and I have tried nearly every possible diet know these days. The last 4 years I am doing bodyweight and calisthenics, because I feel that I am progressing the way in expect. What I always observed that the gyms, exercises and diets were nearly always created for men. What about the needs of the women. How uncomfortable must the feeling be for a woman to enter a gym, getting a standard routine from the trainer and full of men lifting heavy weights.
I have helped a lot of girls and women ( even my own mother ! ) to lead a healthier and easier life, become more confident and really get in shape. Most of them were afraid of becoming big and muscular, or “too” strong, which is absolutely not the case. I have shown them simple workouts and the right nutrition ( no diets ), and the results came by themselves.
I wanted to change that, that is the reason I founded this site. I am here to help you and to achieve together all your goals.
